第十五屆國(guó)際人機(jī)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程大會(huì)會(huì)議通知

尊敬的專家、教授、學(xué)者和企業(yè)界的朋友們:

1981年,在偉大科學(xué)家錢學(xué)森的親自指導(dǎo)下,一門綜合性邊緣技術(shù)科學(xué)——人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程(Man-Machine-Environment System Engineering,簡(jiǎn)稱MMESE)在中國(guó)誕生。錢學(xué)森對(duì)這門新興科學(xué)給予了極高評(píng)價(jià)。他于1993年10月22日致函龍升照指出,“你們是在社會(huì)主義中國(guó)開創(chuàng)了這門重要現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)!”

2001年6月26日,偉大科學(xué)家錢學(xué)森在致人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程創(chuàng)立20年紀(jì)念大會(huì)的賀信中又指出:“20年來,你們?cè)谌?機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程這一新興科學(xué)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了積極的開拓和探索,并取得了非??上驳某煽?jī),我感到由衷的高興。希望你們今后再接再勵(lì),大力推動(dòng)人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程理論及應(yīng)用的蓬勃發(fā)展,為中國(guó)乃至世界科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步作出積極貢獻(xiàn)!”

為了極大推動(dòng)人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程在全世界的蓬勃發(fā)展,并實(shí)現(xiàn)錢學(xué)森提出的“為中國(guó)乃至世界科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步作出積極貢獻(xiàn)”的宏偉目標(biāo),第十五屆國(guó)際人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程大會(huì)將于2015年10月21-23日在浙江杭州召開。現(xiàn)將大會(huì)有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下。

征集論文的范圍

近幾年來凡未公開發(fā)表、不涉及保密內(nèi)容的有關(guān)人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程理論及應(yīng)用方面的研究論文(英文或中文,若用中文投稿,需另付中譯英翻譯費(fèi)用)均可參加本次大會(huì)。由于人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程所涉及的研究范疇主要包括七個(gè)方面:人的特性的研究、機(jī)的特性的研究、環(huán)境特性的研究、人-機(jī)關(guān)系的研究、人-環(huán)關(guān)系的研究、機(jī)-環(huán)關(guān)系的研究和人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)總體性能的研究,因此,本次大會(huì)征集的論文也將主要覆蓋七大主題及其下屬的各個(gè)子主題。除此之外,本次大會(huì)還特別歡迎人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程在各領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用研究的相關(guān)論文(也即第八大主題)。八大主題的基本范疇。

(1)人的特性的研究——人的工作能力研究;人的基本素質(zhì)的測(cè)試與評(píng)價(jià);人的體力負(fù)荷、腦力負(fù)荷和心理負(fù)荷研究;人的可靠性研究;人的數(shù)學(xué)模型(控制模型和決策模型)研究;人體測(cè)量技術(shù)研究;人員的選拔和訓(xùn)練研究等。

(2)機(jī)的特性的研究——被控對(duì)象動(dòng)力學(xué)的建模技術(shù);機(jī)的可操作性研究;機(jī)的可維護(hù)性研究;機(jī)的本質(zhì)安全性(防錯(cuò)設(shè)計(jì))研究等。

(3)環(huán)境特性的研究——環(huán)境檢測(cè)技術(shù)的研究;環(huán)境控制技術(shù)的研究;環(huán)境建模技術(shù)的研究等。

(4)人-機(jī)關(guān)系的研究——靜態(tài)人-機(jī)關(guān)系研究(作業(yè)域的布局與設(shè)計(jì));動(dòng)態(tài)人-機(jī)關(guān)系研究(人-機(jī)界面研究;顯示和控制技術(shù)研究;人-機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)及評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)研究;人、機(jī)功能分配研究;人、機(jī)功能比較研究;人、機(jī)功能分配方法研究;人工智能研究);多媒體技術(shù)在人-機(jī)關(guān)系研究中的應(yīng)用;數(shù)字人體在人-機(jī)關(guān)系研究中的應(yīng)用等。

(5)人-環(huán)關(guān)系的研究——環(huán)境對(duì)人影響的研究;人對(duì)環(huán)境影響的研究;個(gè)體防護(hù)措施的研究等。

(6)機(jī)-環(huán)關(guān)系的研究——環(huán)境對(duì)機(jī)器性能影響的研究;機(jī)器對(duì)環(huán)境影響的研究等。

(7)人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)總體性能的研究——人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)總體數(shù)學(xué)模型的研究;人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)模擬(數(shù)學(xué)模擬、半物理模擬和全物理模擬)技術(shù)的研究;人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)總體性能(安全、高效、經(jīng)濟(jì))的分析和評(píng)價(jià)研究;虛擬技術(shù)(Virtual Reality)在系統(tǒng)總體性能研究中的應(yīng)用等。

(8)人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程理論及應(yīng)用研究——人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程理論研究;人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門(如航空、航天、航海、武器裝備、核工業(yè)、能源、交通、運(yùn)輸、管理、企業(yè)生產(chǎn)等)中的應(yīng)用研究等。

論文出版

會(huì)議將錄用部分優(yōu)秀論文由德國(guó)Springer(斯普林格)出版社出版發(fā)行《Proceedings of the 15th International Conference on Man-Machine-Environment System Engineering》(《第十五屆國(guó)際人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程大會(huì)論文集》)。該論文集將送往EI進(jìn)行檢索(注:《第十三屆國(guó)際人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程大會(huì)論文集》(2013)和《第十四屆國(guó)際人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程大會(huì)論文集》(2014)已被EI核心檢索,詳情請(qǐng)登陸網(wǎng)站www.mmese.com“最新消息”欄目查詢)。
